Robert Deschamps – Founder
Bob founded Pro Signs, Inc. in 1994 and has since been heading up the management team in business and product development. Bob has over 40 years of engineering design experience and has developed a company that prides itself in custom work to meet specific customer needs. Bob works primarily on projects requiring detailed drawings and coordination of permit application and approval. Bob also enjoys working with clients on any requirement they may need, large or small. In his spare time, Bob enjoys sports of any kind, traveling and just being outdoors.
Ellen Lowney – Graphic Designer / Director of Operations
Ellen joined Pro Signs in its first weeks of February 1994, 5 months after moving to the Bay Area from North Dakota. Ellen graduated from UND with degrees in Advertising and Fine Art and she has over 20 years of graphic design experience in the sign industry. Ellen enjoys helping clients develop designs, logos and signs that are creative and unique. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband Patrick and her kids, Stella & Sam. Ellen also enjoys wine tasting, watching soccer and football, playing tennis, camping, hiking and listening to music.
Kristen Hardwick – Graphic Designer
Kristen joined Pro Signs in the start of 2007. She graduated from Chico State with a degree in Graphic Design. Aside from graphic design and typography, she loves rock & roll, visual arts, movies, books, coffee, taking walks, the sun, the ocean, and easy going people. Her goals are to become an art master and to travel the world!
Bahija Emery – Graphic Designer
Bahija joined Pro Signs in mid-2015. She gained her education at San Jose State, earning degrees in Art History & Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Design Studies. She loves graphic design, typography, surreal art, film, music, travel, & gaming. In her spare time, when she is not working or gaming, Bahija likes to go on adventures and explore new areas. Bahija hopes to become well versed in various areas of the world.
Melissa Shemirani – Accounts Receivable/ Admin
Melissa joined Pro Signs in September 2015. She gained her education at West Valley earning her Associates in Business Administration. Melissa likes working with numbers and helping others. Melissa works part time and when she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys watching football and hockey, attending concerts, wakeboarding, BBQ’s, and catching up with friends.
Sam Mosqueda – Operations Manager
Sam Joined Pro Signs in 2017. Sam brings 20+ years of management experience in various industries including being a General Contractor. Sam ensures all production and fabrication are performed to the highest standards, never less. He maintains this standard of excellence when meeting clients in the office or on-site. When he isn’t at the office, Sam enjoys running, golfing and loves spending time with his granddaughter – it doesn’t matter what they do, as long as they are together.
